BASIC ASSESSMENTS $40
- The basic consultation consists of goal setting ( short term and long term goals), filling and signing of medical/family history forms, signage of waivers, blood pressure and resting heartrate reading.

COMPLETE ASSESSMENTS $50
- Complete assessments are very similar to the basic assessment, but there is also strength, endurance and flexibility testing, body measurements, body composition testing, calculations of your BMR (basil metabolic rate) and BMI ( body mass index). 

DIET AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS ONLY.
- regular food journaling is required for these programs.

The Small Print

- No Refunds

- DISCLAIMER - Always consult your family physician prior to beginning any exercise or nutritional program
- CANCELLATION POLICY - short-notice cancellations or no-shows are subject to the lose of that session booked. 
- Personal training packages include free assessment ($20.00 value for a basic assessment/consultation)
- Sessions are 50 min - 1 hour in length based on the program provided.
- Waiver forms must be signed prior to training.
- You may be asked to get a medical release from your family doctor stating you are able to follow and exercise program
- An assessment\consultation is required prior to personal training.
- payments are accepted in the form of cash or certified cheque.
- Payment for single sessions due before session begins.
- Multi session payments may be split with a 75% down payment and second payment is required at the half-way point of remaining sessions.
- KettleBell In studio refers to Kelly's residence.
- Personal training also done at the Regina Sportplex Fieldhouse or Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre. In some cases non members are required to pay a drop-in fee.
