I would like to say how much I love Kelly’s workout. I have been working out for years and have never felt the benefits like I have with Kelly’s personal training and kettle bell classes.
Kelly knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Kelly as a trainer if you are looking for a great workout.

I have just finished a kettle bell boot camp instructed by Kelly. This is/was ‘THE BEST’ boot camp I have ever taken! I looked forward to going to each and every class every week! The workouts each week were fun, interactive & went by so fast…I have recommended this boot camp to many of my friends and also would recommend to anyone to take it!! Kelly, is an awesome instructor and genuinely cares for each of her clients, she makes this boot camp amazing! If I was staying in Regina I would sign up to every boot camp Kelly conducted…

My wife convinced me to join kettle bell with her. I was hesitant at first, but to my surprise I am actually enjoying it. It does take a couple of classes to get the movements' and form down pat as it is very different from weight training. I think it is better then weight training as it combines both strength training and cardio together. So in only 1hr you got your whole workout in. The atmosphere is great and Kelly is always coming up with new ways to keep things fun and motivating. She is a great instructor. Anyone looking to try something new and exciting while getting a full head to toe workout should give kettle bell a try.

Kelly is a very dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer who I was referred to one day when I was purchasing supplements at Popeye’s in January this past year. As I was going nowhere training myself at Gold’s Gym twice a week and not getting the results I needed personally I took Kelly’s recommendation with Kettle Bell training and a more solid foundation for my nutrition plans in order to loose that excess fat guys get around the mid waist especially at my age of 54. I thoroughly enjoy the work out sessions each week usually twice with Kelly as she drives you to attain the most from yourself while at the same time makes it enjoyable with her always positive attitude about fitness in general. The variety and type of exercises each session makes it fun & provides an excellent work out as you never leave without knowing you have pushed yourself as much as possible. It was very evident from Day 1 Kelly had achieved a high level of success from her training personally as a competitor in fitness and as a previous Body Builder. Over the past two months I have noticed a real change not only in how I feel after training but also my mental attitude both at work and at home is much more positive about myself. It is still my goal to loose at least 12 pounds and have so far have seen a reduction of 8 pounds to date by staying on the food plan prescribed by Kelly and the Kettle Bell training combined provides an excellent program ! Without her consistent encouragement and support from Kelly I feel I would never get the same results from working out on my own. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone wanting to attain a better training program and for people who want to achieve a much healthier lifestyle.

Five years after back surgery I was very overweight, had some weakness and pain in one side, and was very sluggish. A friend referred me to Kelly and I have worked with her for about 12 weeks. Kelly put me on an exercise and nutrition program and provided lots of support during our workout sessions. I started as a beginner with limited strength and I am now slimmer, trimmer, stronger and have more energy. Kelly worked with me at my level but made sure that I was challenged as well. I have always been physically active and ate fairly healthy. It is true that things change after 40, especially after quitting smoking. I gained a couple of clothing sizes (I don’t do scales) about a year after I quit smoking that just wasn’t going away so I decided to invest in a personal trainer. I wanted to work with a female, particularly one who has had children and understands a woman’s body. Kelly was that female. After undergoing a full assessment, Kelly customized both a workout plan and a nutrition plan for me. She helped me to understand how what I thought was healthy eating was not. While it was difficult at first, eating 5 small meals a day and eating “clean” has become a habit. Working out with Kelly was great; she pushed me just hard enough. The first couple of weeks were frustrating but Kelly was always available by phone or email and offered encouragement. It was great when my coworkers started to notice that I had lost weight; for me, it was about dropping a clothing size or two, getting stronger and feeling even healthier. I would recommend (and have already) Kelly as a personal trainer. She is an amazing woman and has helped me change my life for the better.

I would go to the gym on my own quite abit, 4-5times a week. I started to slack and needed some motivation, so I enlisted Kellys help. Kelly started me back to basics and monitored my progress. I see a difference now, I feel stronger and am motivated to get my butt to the gym!
